  On first impressions, you may find you actually like or are drawn to the sociopath. It’s not surprising as more often than not they are indeed charming and likable. Watch out, these type of liars can cause untold damage and mayhem once they lead you into their web of lies and deceit.

  Recession will hit WT money flow as there will be less donations and much of the real estate won't be worth much. Some sales were KH were postponed after 2008 recession due plunging values. In Prague, the local bethel suppose to be sold in 2009 after its closure, but collapse of the real estate prices and weakening Czech crown made this sale less profitable. The branch sale was postponed indefinitely and what I have heard because the value is less than was six years ago.

  That's a good thing. It's called the good new that will be preached worldwide!

  i watched/ listened to the brave and courageous souls on youtube who bravely recorded their jc's.

  you really see a different and horrid side to the elders there.

  it might sound whimpy but i don't think i would be able to stand strong like those guys did.

  I refuse to be called or accept that I am an apostate. I know some here wear the title like a badge of honor or courage, but I find the label offensive, childish, mid-evil age and all around despicable. In order for you to be an apostate, they would first have to have truth on their side. They are the ones who have protected pedophiles, engaged in false prophecy, implemented harmful, Pharisaical policies etc.

  Unlike Fundamentalist Christian religion which demands the Bible be a literal account, Jews view their Scriptures much like Americans view their historical legends.

  How do Jews view the book of JOB? What does it teach? I know it is not a literal account.
  

  It is highly illogical to judge the texts of the Jews by the interpretation of Gentiles who hold the same Jews as incapable of understanding their own texts

  Archeologists have come to the conclusion that most of the people we refure to as Israelites were in fact cannaanites with possible mix of some refugee of other races settling into the area.

  I was thinking of that as an explanation.

  I wonder what the motive was for whoever wrote the account in Joshua, to elevate the Israelites? And why did the other people living in Canaan not object when they read the makeup account? It would have been easy for them to call the accounts a lie and write their own version of what really happened. Why didn’t they? It would have put a stop back then to the rest of the compilation of the Bible.

  If there would have been two accounts or even several accounts, one Jewish and one or several from any of those nations, Hittites, Philistines, or Edomite’s, it would have called into question all the Bible books.

  Instead, because no one challenged the stories back then, and let the stories slide throughout history, we now have an “INSPIRED BOOK FROM GOD” and it’s very difficult to convince Christians and Jews, otherwise.
